~Corporate Wine Class~

Yes, it’s an academic environment but it is still fun and informative. Do your employees of friends know how to order the right wine when their on a business dinner or do you know how to pick the right wine for your anniversary? Well, we have expanded our Wine Class to meet the needs for those that want private classes. Pick a region, varietal (grape) or Wine 101.Our sommelier will choose 5 wines for the course and will walk you through the major flavor profiles such as sweet, salt, fat, spicy and acid. We will walk through how to apply vocabulary to what you are smelling and tasting. Whence you become comfortable with how to describe what you like and don’t like then you will be better able to enjoy and purchase wine. Then you will also experience how the wines work with different components to see what enhances and what distracts from the wine. A minimum of 10 guests. Price includes 5 wines, cost of speaker, glassware, and food components. $50 per person ++

~Interactive Wine Tasting~

You work with our Sommelier to choose wines that suit your guest’s needs and preferences. These wines are then paired with a passed appetizer and a fun interactive discussion is built around those choices and how we pair wine & food, what should you taste in the wine and the style of wine. If one of your guests can guess the wine varietal then they win a bottle. This creates a great team building environment and it also allows them to become more comfortable with wine whether at a corporate dinner or a family event. An Artisanal Cheese & Charcuterie Display will be stationed in the center of the room for your guests to enjoy throughout the event. The price for wine and food per person is $65.00 ++
